Veterans Day

 

It was 20 years ago this past September since 9-11-01 and it will be 70 years next month since Pearl Harbor. Veterans have been defending our country and our freedoms since the Revolutionary War. Some of us may not have been veterans by choice. but we served honorably. So I salute all veterans on this day.

Time Changes

I totally dislike the twice annual time changes. There is enough confusion and dissension in the world without adding to it artificially. MAYBE (and that is a big maybe), at one time in an agricultural period it might have made a little sense, but in today's 24/7 society it has no relevance. It's bad enough having different time zones without adding DST.  

 

Hard to believe that its been over 2 years since my last post. I guess the COVID virus and other life activities have taken precedence. In the meantime our little astronaut and his alien mommy have grown up.
